Why do I need to register with Rainurbana.com?

You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list this does not mean you are registered.

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on “my account” or "sign in" and then “create a new account”. You will be asked to enter your email address and password. This information will only be accessible by you. If you are ready to checkout but have not registered, you will be prompted to register before you complete the checkout process. If you checkout without creating an account, an account will be created for you and you can access your order information in the future.

I forgot my password.

On the login page there is a "forgot your password" option. Enter the email address you used when originally registering and click "continue". You will receive your password shortly thereafter.

Can I change my password?

You may change your password by signing in and going to the “my account” link. You will need your current password and the new password you wish to create.

How do I update my account information?

You may update your account information by logging into “my account”. You then have access to update any information in the address book.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Rainurbana.com offers free Domestic Priority Shipping. USPS Express mail is available at the current USPS rate if the package needs to be delivered faster than Priority Mail. Express Mail takes 1-2 business days of trasit time. Please note that USPS has many benefits such as Free Saturday Delivery, Online Tracking, and Delivery to a PO Box, APO, or FPO. Domestic rates apply to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, and VI addresses. Rainurbana.com is linked to USPS and will calculate the exact shipping cost at the time of checkout. Items shipped from Rain Urbana.com are calculated by weight. You can check the cost of shipping before you complete your purchase in the checkout process.

International Shipping

Rainurbana.com offers Priority and Express International shipping to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzereland, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. Delivery rates and transit times are available at USPS.com. Online tracking is available for all international shipments. When a package goes through customs it may be subject to import duties and taxes; any such fees are calculated at the time of passing through customs and are the customers responsibility upon receipt of the package. Please contact your customs office for your local rules and regulations; policies vary from country to country. In compliance with customs clearance, Rainurbana.com will provide information about the contents of the package and all packages are subject to opening when passing through customs. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to states where RainUrbana.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only California. California sales tax (7.75%) is only charged to California residents.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from RainUrbana.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to RainUrbana.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund

Return and Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Returns/Exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, or washed with all original tags attached and free of defects. We do not accept returns/exchanges on lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, sunglasses, watches, candles, music, games and books. Merchandise which is purchased online may only be returned/ exchanged online. RainUrbana.com can not process returns/exchanges on any merchandise sold at our boutique. You may return merchandise by mail within 14 days of you receipt date. Exchanges are accepted by mail within 30 days of your receipt date. Returns/Exchanges on clearance items must be postmarked within 3 business days of when you received the item. If you receive defective merchandise, you must contact us by phone/email within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Once Rainurbana.com receives your package we will process your Return/Exchange within 3-5 business days if it is eligible. All returns will be refunded in the original form the order was purchased. Credits to your account can take up to 2 statement cycles to appear depending on your banking institution.

Return and Exchange Instructions

In order for RainUrbana.com to process your return or exchange please complete the return/exchange portion of your packing slip, and enclose it with the item(s) in the shipping envelope. If you are exchanging an item please refer to the instructions on the invoice included with your package. RainUrbana.com provides you with a “Priority Mail® Service” envelope for all returns and exchanges. We highly advise you to use USPS Insured Mail for all returns. RainUrbana.com cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves, or packages without a tracking number. If you wish to return/exchange using our preferred shipping method please follow these steps: Click the following link: https://sss-web.usps.com/cns/landingSubmit.do to purchase and print a postage label. *YOU MUST CHECK THE “NOTIFY RECIPIENT OF SHIPPING” BOX* (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). These steps will provide you with the convenience of shipping the package from your home. Please contact us for shipping weight questions if needed.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST will not get processed until Monday. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will send you a second email when the rest of your order is ready to ship. If we are out of an item we will ship the rest of your order and adjust the amount your credit card was authorized for.

Rainurbana.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. California sales tax (7.75%) is only charged to California residents.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available from $50 to $500 and can be found in our Category dropdown. Please note Gift Certificate codes can only be used once. If the full amount is not used we will re-issue a code for any remaining balance within 2 business days. Gift Certificates bought through Rainurbana.com can only be redeemed through Rainurbana.com. Gift Certificates bought at the Rain Urbana boutique can only be redeemed at the Rain Urbana boutique.

Privacy Policy

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for RainUrbana.com. We are committed to protecting the privacy rights of our customers and all visitors to our website. By visiting RainUrbana.com you are agreeing to the policies detailed below: During the initial account creation we gather such information as User Name, Address, Email, Telephone number and Credit Card information. Your information is used to process your orders and personalize your shopping experience on RainUrbana.com. By storing your personal information on a secure server, RainUrbana.com is able to shorten your checkout process and allow you to check your order status online. RainUrbana.com will notify all customers of purchases via email, we would also encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. Credit Card Security
